Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server is not the simplest procedure in this world. You will either have to use some other server or your PC, alternatively assign some third–party solution. Our company offers a considerably simpler solution with our Managed Services package. We will make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server on a weekly basis, so you never have to fear permanently losing any essential info. And we can restore a backup really quickly. All the backups are kept on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have total freedom to install any script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration from you. This is when our Managed Services package can help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – this means that you’ll be able to literally employ one of our professional server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any application whatsoever that you need. The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
